Conforming

Conforming loans are loans under $417,000. These programs offer the most flexible guidelines and the best rates. Conventional loans are my specialty. Many "niche" deals can be done with the best rates with the proper amount of finesse.

Jumbo

A broad term that includes loans larger than $417,000. These loans are typically harder to qualify for and the guidelines can vary dramatically between lenders. I work hard to identify lenders who offer the best rates, lowest down payment, and are the most accommodating.

Stated

Borrower's who don't have the ability to document income can still get loans--and at the same rates as those who can. Using loopholes with the lenders I have identified several options that provide the same benefits to "stated" borrowers without having to document income.
